During my Equestrian Yoga session, Kymbre took the time to understand my particular challenges, asking insightful questions to help pinpoint areas to focus on. After a guided meditation, she led me through a series of poses that targeted the areas where I carry the most tension, explaining the mechanics behind each pose and why it was helpful as she went. By the end, I had a deeper understanding of how both my mental and physical fitness affect my riding and a list of approachable exercises to continue practicing at home.
